Can i install a ati mobility agp video card on a PC desktop computer?

If you are thinking about using your laptops graphics card on your PC, then no. Some laptops, a rare group have the ability to change out/upgrade their graphics card. Even these cards will not work, as they are proprietary to laptops only. Good luck.
