Question about imvu hlp?

OK well I referred my friend(for imvu) and on the website it says your suppose to get credits for sending invites and my friend accepted it and downloaded it and i haven't received any credits for that and i even filled out one those stupid survey thingies and still i haven't gotten any credits for it. Whats up with that?
