What's the difference between evangelical and legalistic?

Evangelist is one of the LORD's Ministry offices. Legalistic is going back to OT laws or adding new laws & rituals to be more righteous. Basically is self righteousness & falling from grace [Grace meaning that we are made the righteousness of Christ by Gods Grace when we receive His Blood of the New Testament to take away our sins.].
