What happens if one ingests a fruit with worms?

i bought fruits from the supermarket this morning and ate it just after i washed it, while watching. a piece fell and for no reason i stared at it then i noticed a microorganism moving. i opened the rest of the fruits and as much to my dismay, yuckyuckyuck there was at least one worm inside each. what should i do? how harmful should this get? thanks anyone
