What you think of his chances of recovery. If he wins his case, how much in damages should he recover?

Hartland Developers agreed to build an airplane hanger for Robert Tips for $300,000. It was payable in three installments of $100,000 each, with the final payment due upon completion of the building and the issuance of a certificate of completion by an engineer working for Tips. Hartland went to work on the building and was paid $200,000 for progress made. Then, Tips told Hartland to stop working on the building because he could no longer afford to pay him. Hartland stopped work and sued Tips for breach of contract.
