Help me find this song by Annie Palmer?

Does anyone know anything about the song "Capture Me" by Annie Palmer? I've scoured the net searching for info on both her and the song, but can't find so much as a website. I looooovee the song and heard it on a dawson's creek dvd, but can't find the song anywhere for purchase. Does anyone have any info?
