Upper right stomach pain [gets more painfull as day goes along]?

the pain is in my upper stomach and stabbing under my right side like when a belt pokes you and its tender all over the right side the upper stomach is cramping and evertme i eat drink it hurts more yesterday i took paraceatmol and they didnt help i feel sick aswell....
